Refund policy
All sales are final. Exchanges not accepted. However, if an item arrives damaged or broken we will replace the item or issue you a refund. You have 48 hours from the time of delivery to request a replacement or refund.
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To be eligible for a replacement or refund, you must provide pictures of the broken or damaged items. Failure to do so may result in your request being denied.
You can contact us at ashstoash1@gmail.com. If your replacement or refund is accepted, we’ll mail out your replacement as soon as possible. Please note that some pieces are unique and may not be available in the same design or color. In this case we will offer you an item of similar value or a refund. Please allow up to 5 business days for any refunds to appear in your account.
